      My boyfriend was at the house during the **********s visit. He was TOLD the old sensor on the garage door ( doors were replaced during ************** had saved the part within the door as door frames were the same) would be replaced with wireless. Why not keep what was working?! Additionally since the ********** visit the key fobs (two of them) for remote arming & disarming do not work.I have requested another ********** to come out and fix what the first ********** broke/deleted who knows what he did! Note: I will not pay for another charge related to another visit .

      The tech Tramario was excellent in getting us taken care. Explained everything to me that he did and the camera is working excellent. Our my Sales *** had a big hand in getting this done. Without her this wouldnt have taken place.

      *****, the technician, has been working with me for several years at my ************ home. Hes always on time and seems to really understand the system and how it works. Hes always identifies the system issue promptly when and completes the necessary repairs.
