    Here some picture of my father when he was in the care of Saint Simeone. They did not take care of him. He was there for weeks and the whole time we was there. They made promise that they would take care of him and this is what I'm working with now is trying to get my father back side and his heel of his feet back to normal. the nurse was rude and didn't care of him never turn him. we did all the work doing the day change his bed give him a bathe feed him put him in the chair at night was the only time they would have to see take care of him.. When he was going to be dismiss they was unprofessional. my father had to leave by Jacks funeral home, because we was told to get your on way home. we complain and we go nowhere. up in leaving administrative came is and said they will investigate. i have not herald nothing from them.

    I got in touch with Saint Simeon and talk to the supposedly supervisor and I haven't heard a word back from them.

    As stated in our extensive phone conversation, I appreciate the opportunity to investigate your complaints and ensure a better experience for future patients and residents. Upon my investigation of your concerns, I discovered that our Administrator had addressed your primary concerns related to an employee on the day your father discharged from our community, and the employee no longer works for Saint Simeon's. Furthermore, your other concerns have been investigated and responded to appropriately, as I assured you on the phone, and I was unaware you anticipated further correspondence.
