      On September 27, 2024 I received a quote from **** ******** of Glass Doctor of Tulsa. He requested half up front in the amount of $398, which I paid with my credit card. For this, he told me he would be ordering the glass and installing it within 2 weeks. Two weeks went by and I called him to ask if he would still be coming so I could make arrangements with work. He stated that the glass he received was damaged and that he would have to reject it and reorder a new piece. He stated that in one week he would have the new piece and would call to set up a time to come install it. He never called, after two weeks, I called at this time, he claimed that he had me scheduled but had forgotten to assign a technician to come out. We agreed that he would then come out two weeks later. Two weeks passed, he was supposed to be coming on Saturday, but he called Friday and said that he had to attend a funeral in *****. At this time we rescheduled for Monday. On Monday, I had to call 4 times, he finally responded saying that he had car trouble 2 hours away. We rescheduled once again for him to come the next day; OR, he said he would issue a refund. That day is today. After reading over a dozen negative reviews of him exhibiting this same pattern of behavior with other potential customers (giving quotes, taking money, then never showing up, or if he does show up, he has done damage to the customers property and never makes any attempt to rectify the damages.) I no longer wish to conduct business with **** ********. I have no faith that he will show up or issue me a refund as promised. I need help recovering my money.
