On June 13, 2011 BBB staff met with Billions and Trillions owner and an employee of the company to discuss the pattern of complaints on file with BBB. The owner agreed to continue future improvements such as videotaping the products for consumers to view before purchase, as well as, conducting more business in writing via email. BBB staff agreed that these improvements should lessen the chances of consumers possibly being misled and filing BBB complaints.
