I would leave a negative star if possible. I had an install for today. They hit a water pipe. And all of a sudden it became my problem. We got a plumber as soon as we could considering it was 9 in the morning. Plumber showed up two hours later as an emergency which is out of my pocket. Now Im left with a hole in my house because they left and have no time frame on when they can come and finish the job. They are so unprofessional would not recommend at all! His response was we only hit one or two pipes a year. He seemed very knowledgeable on how to evade that accident so I believe theyve done this before.

We showed up to do her underground garage storm shelter installation on Monday 3/31. After we cut the slab and started digging we hit a water line. Per our website, invoice, and discussions when getting set up for installation, we are not responsible for sub grade barriers when digging inside the garage floor. We instructed the customer to call a plumber to re-route the water line so we could do the install. Typically in these types of instances, we just leave and come back at a later date after the plumber has fixed the line. We waited around for 2.5 hours. The plumber had still not fixed the line so we left and I told the customers we would be back once it was fixed. After we left it was clear the customer was not happy and wanted us back that day to finish the install. I told her that was not possible but I would work the following morning to get her a date when we would be back. I moved installs around and we came back on Wednesday 4/2 to finish the job. While we were finishing up, she negative reviewd me. I am really at a loss here. She seems to think that hitting a water line is our fault (it isn't). I bent over backwards to help her out and get her install finished, which it was on the morning of 4/2. Sometimes construction doesn't go exactly according to plan. That is why we go over these types of things with customers prior to getting set up for installation and have it covered in their invoice we send them after they get scheduled.
