    This business is an alterations shop, however cant fix and alter garments without messing up. They like to blame their customers for their mistakes they are suppose to fix for customers garments as asked. They are rude and Im sure they dont pay their taxes since they are cash only or check. Ive been using them for over 5 years with no issue until today. I dropped off my dress to get hemmed/shorter since there was a hole in it when I purchased it about almost two weeks ago. When they called me to pick up my dress I walked in and picked it up assuming I got my dress back. Come Friday 5/17/2024 I go to try on my dress and its a blouse. $80 down the drain as well as two days at their shop explaining how they messed up garment. They did not try to resolve issue. They told me they would give me $25 and my blouse back. I refunded as I dropped off a dress, I am picking up a dress. They initially kicked me out of the shop and told me to call the police. I called police to get my garment back and will be filing IRS complaint and I do it I believe they are paying taxes.
