    Landonna and her tax analysts are narcissistic people who think they never make any mistakes. First, it took them 4 weeks to complete filling my tax which she originally said it would only take a week. Second, we asked to meet her in her office so we can go over everything with her before she submit the return but this place submitted my return without giving me any chance to review everything and then sent me email for my return copy. I later found out a lot of things do not seems right on my return and when I questioned them ******* gave me a lot of bullshits and when she could not cover up her wrong doing anymore she simply said because computer generated numbers and all my previous tax preparers did my tax return wrong and she is the only one who does it right. Then her tax analyst suddenly jumped in the call (I did not ask to talk to her) and yelled and lectured me, told me I insulted their integrity and I know nothing. The woman was yelling at me for 10 minutes straight without letting say anything. Yes I do not know everything about tax and this is while I hired you. I pay for the service but they did not even check my return before it was submitted. I pay for the service but when I simply asked why The numbers on the return are different from the reality, they run around, gave me a lot of bullshits, and took it as I insulted them. Being so tired talking to deaf ears, I asked if she willing to fix my return if I find another tax expert who has different opinion on my return, ******* said: We will not fix, amend, or refund you because we did everything right.

    Mrs. *** I am very disturbed by your comments regarding my tax preparation services. I provide ethical tax services to ALL my clients with integrity to the *** guidelines on tax laws, taxation ******************** I understand you weren't happy with your previous tax company, so you contacted me to prepare your taxes. I prepared your taxes based on the documents and info you provided, unfortunately your TY24 taxes decreased in the amount that will be refunded to you by the *** for a number of reasons that I will not list here but explained to your husband when he came to my office for me to go over your tax return, your husband was a preoccupied with your child, as I went over the taxes, I understand this could have distracted your husband during the discussion on the results of your taxes, however I accommodate all my clients with bringing their kids into the office while some small business owners do not. The root of your complaint is solely because you were expecting a larger refund, but didn't have the tax scenario to warrant one. Instead, you are filing a complaint using profanity, demeaning comments that I hope anyone who reads your comments understands your character and what I had to endure as a small business owner.
