    This concerns deceptive practice of Easy Wireless to obtain payments from the US government for the LIFELINE phone services program, then provide less than advertised services to indigents. Advertisement: Claim Your FREE ***************************** FREE Smartphone* FREE UNLIMITED *********** FREE 6GB ************** ***************************************** receiving a *** kit, I called the company at ************** The ***resentative, I didn't get his name, stated that my plan is for a *** kit, We don't provide free phones to ********. I argued that that was not what I was told when I applied for the service. I had to use my own phone that has given me trouble since purchased. I installed the *** card into the phone and activated it because I had to have a phone to access the Metro transit system. Upon leaving my residence and relying on the phone's internet service to find business addresses to enter into metro's app for bus routes, I found that I had no internet service. When I called the Representative at ************ and inquired as to why I did not have internet service, the ***resentative said that my plan only comes with 25MB. of data limited talk minutes and unlimited text. I said that was not what I signed up for, It was suppose to be unlimited talk, text, and 6 GB data, as was advertised. The *** said I could buy more data, and quoted the prices for different data plans. I have no job, only receive food-stamps and ********. I currently have no income and am still looking for a job. I'm 61 years old and need a cell phone that has access to the internet in order to use apps that provide direction and addresses to destinations I must reach for assistance. Easy Wireless conducted a ************* advertisement scheme against me. Violating my right to obtain products and services as advertised. I request that Easy Wireless of ***** ******** be forced to provide the services as advertised or be put out of business. True statement S/ *. *********

    I have since obtained service and a new phone from a competitor. I still would like to hear their response.
