    I recently had an infuriating experience with Tarzan Tree Service- **************** and felt compelled to share my ordeal. From start to finish, their service was an absolute nightmare.First and foremost, their communication is atrocious. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate, only to have them show up late without any notice or apology. When they finally did arrive, the crew seemed disinterested and rushed through the assessment, providing a vague and overpriced quote.Unfortunately, the problems didn't stop there. On the day of the job, the crew arrived even later than the already inconveniently scheduled time. Their behavior was shockingly unprofessional. Not only were they careless, leaving debris scattered all over my yard and damaging several of my garden plants, but one of the crew members exhibited alarming anger management issues. He was yelling and cursing at his coworkers, making the entire situation uncomfortable and tense.To make matters worse, they didn't complete the job as promised. Several large branches were left precariously hanging, posing a potential safety hazard. When I called to complain, their customer ********************** was dismissive and rude, showing no urgency or willingness to rectify the situation. The representative I spoke to even raised his voice at me, adding to the already stressful experience.In the end, I had to hire another tree service to finish the job properly, which cost me additional time and money. The lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and unsettling behavior make Tarzan Tree Service a company to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the hassle, frustration, and potential danger by looking elsewhere.
