      I have used Video Revolution for many years for both my music system and tv's. As a result, I have spent a great deal of money with them.
      Recently, I had them come to check my music system and they found that the large base speaker was not working, so it was taken in for repair. After 3 weeks I called and was advised the failed part was not available, and I would need to purchase a new expensive replacement. After checking my purchase documents, I called the original mfr and was advised that they had the needed part, but had not been contacted by VR. He also advised that the speaker was in warranty and would be replaced free of charge.
      It has now been over a month and I do not have a replacement speaker and after 2 phone calls again today with their repair dept.' I still do not know when I will get the replacement. VERY poor service for a long time customer.
