    This company, took a Watch of mine and was going to sell it, my cut was supposed to be $800. I went to try to retrieve the watch since they had not responded and they told me it was at their house being repaired again. I guess I shouldve called the police right then and there. Because now they closed the doors, and I dont have the watch or the money

    October 13, 2023, I spoke to ********************************** regarding watch repair for my vintage Omega Seamaster 60, with a burgundy dial. She wrote up the order for repair and explained that it was going to take a few weeks for the parts to come in and I agreed to leave the watch with Tulsa Time watch repair. So, I waited for a few weeks and I returned 11/11/2023 to inquire and she told me that the watch was disassembled so as to be ready for the parts when they arrive. Sounded logical to me and I asked her to keep me updated as to the repair process. She never called. 12/1/2023, at 3:15 pm I went to check on my watch but when I arrived at the store it was closed yet her car was still in the parking lot. There was a group of people in front of the shop who also had watches in the shop but they too were not receiving any updates and some of them had been waiting more than two years! 12/20/2023 I called and she actually answered the phone and told me that they were going to be operating the business via mobile service and that she called everyone to update them so I immediately told her that she didnt call me and she apologized. She continued with her excuse saying would return all items to the customer and call to set up a repair schedule when the parts arrived. 01/12/2024 I left a message on the website asking for my watch, 01/16/2023 the business phone was disconnected.01/04/2023 I mailed a certified return receipt letter to her home address and it was not delivered to an individual as nobody answered the door. The store has been closed and vacant for a month now and my watch is still in the possession of the. ***************************. My claim check is #***-75050, watch value is $2500.00. I also filed an online police report with the Tulsa police department on 01/06/2024 #T24000328. I have never been rude or vulgar to the watch repair shop owner. They should not be allowed to abuse people this way. They dont respond to text messages either. Thanks

    Sent my watch in 3 months ago. They won't return calls or messages. Their phone was out of service for a couple of weeks. Back on now. I called 5 times in a row and they finally answered. She said she would return my watch that day and give me tracking number. Nothing 2 days now.

    On 10/17/2020 I purchased an ***** pocket watch from them. I was told it needed cleaned so I left it to be cleaned. I never received a call saying it was ready for pickup. I went by several months later and was told it needed parts and they were trying to locate them. 10/2022 I was told they had the parts and it would be ready in 2 weeks. Still no call. I have been calling every 2 weeks no answer and message left. No call back. I go by the shop during listed open hours and the door is locked. As of 10/2023 I still do not have the watch.

    Almost one year ago took in a ***** watch valued at ********************************************************************************* is there anyone at the physical location. Messages go unanswered that I leave on the phone. At his point I just want my unrepaired watch returned to me.

    Date of transaction was 10-21-2022, 12:01 PM, Tulsa Time receipt #XXX-XXXXX, Assisted by ******* ******, Invicta watch left for repair, was told 6 weeks time, should be ready by xmas. Never heard a word from them so was in tulsa and stopped by their business first week of January and was told the coil in watch was ordered and due in about a couple of days said she would be calling me in about 10 days when it was ready. As of today 2-13-2023. Still havent heard from them about my watch. Have left messages 3 times with no response. Their recording says they will call you back, but they never do. I have even gone by 3 times recently when in Tulsa, but their door is always locked but a light is on inside. Just want my invicta watch fixed and back asap. They have had it almost 4 months now, when i was told originally 6 weeks.

    Went by tulsa time watch repair on monday feb. 27, 2023 at 1 pm no one there door was locked. Today March 2, 2023, my wife was in Tulsa so she went by tulsa time and the lady was there and told her she was working on watches trying to get caught up. The part for my watch was in now she stated and should have it done by first of next week. Guess we will see if it happens this time.
