    While at **********, my husband completed a form agreeing to an in-home demonstration in return for a $25 gift card. We received a phone call on 10/28/24 from someone calling from ********** to schedule an in-home water test for a $25 gift card for our time. We agreed to the next day, when **** ******* came & performed the test which lasted about 2 hrs. We decided we didn't need a water softener based on the test results. He left a form showing the results & told us to call his office. The letterhead shows Rain Soft, but he wrote to call High Quality Water of Tulsa; & stated he'd have to mail the gift card. I called 11/04/24 twice & left messages. I called Rain Soft 11/04/24 & 11/07/24. A man denied knowing ****; when I said he'd completed his presentation to us, he asked what about, took my name/number, & said **** was in training but he'd have the manager call me in the next few minutes. 11/08/24 ****** called from Rain Soft "due to message that I was having with my product". I denied having a product. 11/13/27- I left message. 12/02/24- I called to report this as a scam to High Quality of Tulsa. The phone was answered as "High Quality Water of Tulsa by **********." I asked who was speaking & a female stated her name was *****. I told her the problem & said we were waiting on our gift card. She asked if **** completed the test, I confirmed. She said she'd mail the gift card. I have not received the card. This company did not do what they agreed to if we allowed them to perform the in-home test. I tried to repot this to ********** because that is how High Quality of Tulsa got our phone number, but the lady said she had nothing to do with it because she doesn't work for **********.
