    WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR They dont pay on time when they do pay it's in multiple payments when they get around to it they had my boyfriend driving the company van that's tags were expired and he got pulled over a few times and the tags are still not up to date. We are now suing the company for hours he worked that were not paid despite multiple attempts and conversations with **** that were always met with excuses the pay was not set up by direct deposit which is weird he would have to wait for the boss **** to ***** him his checks whenever **** decided to get around to it there is definitely something sus about this company and how they operate DO NOT HIRE OR WORK FOR THIS COMPANY

    They have very poor customer service. They do not complete projects. We send a cancellation notice in December of 2022 and are still being sent bills. They refuse to contact me back and I can’t get any response from Nova. They have their finances with Mosaic but claim that it is a separate company but I have paperwork (and they have admitted) that they are the same company. I have been keeping notes of who and when I talk to people and their responses, or lack of and it up to 8 pages long. I can send it to you if you want me to. They say that they will contact me back within X# of days and don’t. Every time I call or text they open a new “case #” and don’t combine them. That way there is no proof of the earlier complaint. But I have everything on my 8 page letter.
    Please let me know what I need to do to get this resolved.
