      I'm doing a home makeover and really wanted to update the master bathroom shower. So thankful now that I saw the TV commercial for Jacuzzi and was introduced to Community Builders. Their team designed a completely new plan with a much bigger footprint than what the home builder had originally installed. To be honest, I signed up not really expecting much to be done. But on one of the coldest, iciest days in February, Charles ******* shows up and brings the magic. Very clean, organized, polite and an exceptional craftsman. Huge job! He cleaned out the whole thing. Very professional! My new shower looks better than the ones on TV. Double doors. More space :) Gorgeous! It's a million times better now with top quality fixtures and safety. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Community Builders! And if I need a new shower on a different house, I would study photos of the many shower "looks" each day for a month in order to decide on the one that grows on you! Then I'd call Community Builders and show them a photo of the look that I want. God Bless!

      "I'll save you a lot of money" HE WAS RIGHT! My window package was nearly half as much as the other fancy uppity Companys. I soon realized I'll save a lot of money forever since my furnace don't come on every ten minutes anymore it's more like 30 or 40 and Ty the installer talked to me like I'd known him forever and professional i just wish they'd left me a sign for my yard

      Community Builders, whom *****'s **** recommended, sold us a contract to replace all of the windows in our house. We were told multiple times that that the installation would be done in a timely manner which was not the case. We signed a contract on 08/12/2021. Shortly afterward, our salesman left or was terminated by the company. After calling multiple times we called the company to learn he no longer worked there. In late September, we secured a date to have the windows installed. When the installer(s)arrived, he told us that the windows were measured wrong and would not securely fit within the frames, ultimately making our home not secure from break-ins, but also NOT reducing the costs to efficiently heat and cool our house throughout the year. The installers left and then were fired for the incident After many calls all of the windows were finally installed in December of 2021. One of the glass panes were broken on installation and two of the windows will not close and lock after they were installed. I have made many, many calls to have the windows repaired and/or replaced, and were promised it would be done, but now I am told that the CEO of Community Builders declined to take any responsibility to resolve the situation. I would NOT recommend Community Builders to anyone who wants to upgrade their home.

      I was very disappointed with one lady ******** who was in charge of periodic contact while waiting on materials to come in. She was rude and even lied about why it was taking so long stating they were having problems getting me a loan, but we already had the loan approved and signed off on weeks earlier, so I sent her an email of that transaction to let her know we knew she was lying. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks it took 4 months. I had put $1,000 down when I only needed to put $100 down but that didn't help with the customer service **** provided. ******** was constantly telling me, when I would call or email, that she was waiting on materials and when materials come in she would call to schedule the work. Finally, after 4 months of waiting, I went to a lawyer to try to get out of the deal and get money back, once the lawyer sent a letter to CBI, magically all our materials were in and they called ready to schedule a date that same week to start the project. This after waiting 4 whole months. Just ridiculous. The young lady who came to build the shower was wonderful I would rate the actual builder, *********** a 5 star - but the customer service from **** was "ZERO". I would not recommend due to my personal experience with the K person.

      We appreciate the feedback, and complements of ********* I do have some concern about your comments about *****. If there was a problem with finance ***** would not have had you on list for updates, she only gets the projects that have been released from the finance department. Also we called to schedule your install before we received a letter from an attorney, in fact you told us we'd be getting it soon, and that you wanted to cancel. My apologies for you being told it was 4-6 wks as that was inaccurate, the person who told you that has been released from their duties.       It took time, but was well worth it!!! The gentlemen who did the work did an outstanding job and my wife and I are very pleased with our new walk in shower!!!

      I just wanted to Thank the new general manager in Little Rock for all he did to fix my Bathroom. He made a bad situation better. I can honestly say community builders stands behind there warranty . Not only did they fix my problem they took special care of my mom. Brent you rock 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

      I have ordered a shower make over in April of 2022. After a couple of months go by. I call and talked to "ka*#n". Keeps telling me my material have not come, as these has gone on for 5 months. I have left messages when Ka*#n is not available. Never getting a straight answer on when an installer date. Getting fed up with this company and am asking for a refund. To my surprise they said I'm past the cancellation date even without getting my order. So anyone who is looking to order from this company be aware!!

      In my previous statement on not getting a response, we'll here it is:

      *** first off I you are very frustrated about this whole situation and the shower taking this long to get done. There are things going on however that are simply out of anyones control! Logistics of supplies massive backlog of products from Jacuzzi.
      Covid diagnosis's within our company and install crews yet again have crippled our production.

      I am asking to please bare with us on this and we will get your shower done as soon as we are able to get the remaining parts in and get a crew down there.

      Now Karen informed me that you are wanting to cancel. *** I will let you know know that is the last choice that you want to make. First off you will surrender the entire deposit amount. Also you would be charged a restocking fee on the supplies that are returnable and that is a 50% fee for us.

      Based off of that you would lose thousands of dollars and still not have your shower redone!!

      So I'm pleading with you here just hang with us we will get this done and you will absolutely love it!!! I promise!!

      When the bathroom production director comes back from covid quarantine next week I will have exact details for you on what is happening when.

      Just hang with me here *** we will get it all taken care of.
