On Dec 14, 22, a plumber with **** **********************s Plumbing worked at our rental house on **** *********************************. ( My husband usually handles plumbing issues but was in the hospital (ICU) since Dec 2, 2022 until Apr 2023.) I couldn't remember the plumber he used so I told the renters to call a plumber of their choice. They complied and their plumber ran a snake and unclogged the line. Charge was $200.00 and a invoice was given to me. He told my renters that one of the pipes under the house needed to be replaced and that he would return and run a camera down to decided which pipe. On Jan 7, 23 he returned to analyze and replace the bad pipe. He did not do what he said he would do. He did not run a camera in the area to identify the exact problem. He charged me $6,000.00 for 3 hrs work. I know he busted up concrete and probably replaced a pipe, and it was on a Saturday, but, renters told me he did not use a camera of any kind. He didn't provide me an invoice and has refused to provide me a description of work. I would like to know why he charged so much and why he didn't do what he told my renters he would do, He refuses to provide me with a description of the work. I also need a receipt for my end of year taxes. Im asking you to please help me get Mr ********************** to give me a receipt and itemize why so much money. Thank you
