    If you have other options, DO NOT USE INTOXALOCK! This was my first time going through this process and the customer service is horrible! Ive been trying to get the device removed for a month now and Ive been getting the run around because no one knows what they are doing. At some point, I was hung up on and told well you shouldnt have been drinking and driving. My contract ended in July and they dont make any effort to help you because they want you to keep paying them. I finally got a manager on the phone and she was just as rude as the customer service rep.the managers name is ***** and anytime I asked her about getting charged for 2 extra months she repeatedly ignored the question. They dont have any records of the times I called in. They will try to scam you and get as much money as possible. Whatever you do, do not go with this company, its been a nightmare dealing with Intoxalock.

    Intoxalock is the absolute worst ignition interlock company. I have had my car die over 15 times due to it's power sucking device. Over three car shops have told me to go with another company because they are so negligent with how they put in their old device into cars. This has cost me hundreds and hundreds of fines.
