    I had F&F doing my Corporate & Personal taxes for probably the last 7 years, and In the last two years they have really dropped the ball. Filing taxes very late, poor communication, ect. This year I got hit with hundreds of dollars in penalties and interest because they did not file the taxes on time. I asked them about the bill for late payment I got from the IRS and whether or not they had filed extensions. They said they had filed extensions but that does not stop penalties and interest for late payment stacking up, and that I should have guessed what I owed and paid on time and it's not their fault.
    Maybe I should have know that filling and extension does not extend when you owe the money, but I didn't, and I pay them because they are supposed to know these things and guide me through the process. They failed at that, and still had the gal to charge me more than they charged last year.
    They were once a fine company, but no more.
