    Im a owner/ operator based( MM trucking logistics llc)out of ******,**. My driver was driving from ***********,** to ***********, ** to deliver a load of shingles Monday night 10/17 when he had a breakdown, so I googled after hour diesel mechanics and found Diesel engine masters llc. I gave them a call and they came out to tow my truck and repair it. The next day I got a call from the lady in the front office saying the mechanic would take a look at my truck that morning, the mechanic called me later and said I had 3 bolts missing from my transmission and would let me know if putting them back in would fix the problem. He called back later to say I needed a new clutch installed when asked about the cost to fix it he stated he didnt know and the people up front handle that so I called to talk to the lady up front about pricing but they said she was gone to lunch and would give me a call back. A few hours go by so I called back and shes still not there, then later that evening the mechanic calls me back saying I need a flywheel also but still didnt know how much it would cost. The next morning(Wednesday) I receive a text saying my truck is finished with a invoice of almost $9,000 for work that I never approved or knew the actual cost of. When I called back to dispute the amount of the bill the lady up front was there to answer the phone and said there was nothing that could be done about the amount of it and it had to be paid in full with CASH before it could be released. I told her it would take me a few days to come up with that much money and asked if there would be any extra storage fees until I come up with the money and she said no but later she calls back and says they had to take it just a mile or so down the road to their storage yard and there would be an extra $100 day fee. Called this morning to inform I was coming to get the truck she said **** was $8883.80 then calls back 30 minutes later and says its another $990 for the trailer being moved also.
