    We hired ************ and Spray and Save to insulate our new home. We were asked to pay all of the money for the product up front and that the cost had gone up since we signed the contract. So we paid $9800 for the chemicals. On Nov 9, 2023 a partial coating of closed cell foam was applied. Then in December a partial amount of open cell was applied. In total approximately 1/2 of the building has closed cell and 1/4 has open cell. We have had promise after promise to show up and finish and no one ever came. I was at the project at one point and was told the employee was in town at lunch and would be out to work. No one ever showed up. He even promised our builder to meet at the site and never showed up. It has 4 months now and my house does not have spray foam finished. I now need to find someone else to finish the job and have to find the funds to get it done. I want my money back for the unfinished area so I can hire someone else

    I hired spray and save foam insulation on March 28, 2023. They kept pushing me back a total of four times. I asked for my deposit back and Ive been getting the runaround ever cents a lot of excuses. A lot of promises to pay and he never paid my money back. I have a civil case that I want hes indicted by the DAs office.

    Like a dummy I sent the guy a deposit and he never showed up to do the work, all I get are excuses, its been over a month and a half and I cant get my deposit returned

    We hired this company to do a job at our home and we signed a contract on 11/1/23. The owner of the company showed us a paper stating he was accredited by the BBB, we found out later he wasnt. He had us write a check for over $2,000, and we set a date for the job to get done on 11/10/23. When the 10th came he told us all day he was coming and he never showed to do the job. He made excuses the rest of the week as to why he couldnt do the job. We asked for a refund on Monday the 13th. And it is now Thursday the 16th and he still hasnt refunded us the money. He took our money, and cashed the check , without doing the job. And now we cant seem to get our money back from him.

    My husband contacted & hired them to install spray foam at our residence. We paid a deposit and they set a date, we had to have a repair done before they came so we asked to reschedule a few days before our job. For over a month they have constantly rescheduled for many reasons. A few weeks ago we were told they would issue a refund on the deposit, after a week or so they said the bank was having issues giving the credit. Wednesday 7/12, they contacted my husband and said they would be in our area on 7/13 and would meet up to give us our deposit back. Its 7/14 and weve had no contact and still have no deposit.
