    In August of 2024 we ***orted an issue where black mold was coming out of our vents in our apartment. Maintenance came and addressed the issue by ***lacing our vents and scrubbed the residue with with a can of scrubbing bubbles. As we were cleaning out our apartment on March 30th 2025 we noticed mold forming in one of our bedroom closets caking the walls of the closet. After further inspection we found mold under all of the sinks and found that the mold in the vents had returned. We ***orted the issue to maintenance the following Monday March 31st. A maintenance ***resentative was dispatched to our apartment at 9pm and entered our apartment with a loaded handgun tucked in his waist and sprayed our windows with what appeared to be bleach. The following morning on April 1st another maintenance *** showed up to our apartment with the same bleach mixture used before and sprayed our air vents without turning off our air conditioning. This lead to me and my family having to evacuate the apartment due to the bleach fumes in the air casing me and my fiance to get sick. We ended up having a meeting that afternoon with I've from the office and I discussed my displeasure with the initial response to the mold and requested that my lease be terminated at the end of April and informed her that my family and I will be moving at the end of April regardless. We just had another meeting this after noon with I've and ******* who explained that our lease with not be terminated even though it will end in June regardless and that if we break our lease we will owe them over 2K in fees. They are having an **** company come out this Tursday April 3rd to check the vents but I asked them why they didn't take this action this first time and they were unable to answer.
