    I highly recommend this place if you wanna pull out your hair and lose every single hour of sleep! AC unit wasn't fixed two months into our "five month lease" at $1050 and nine months after our 15 month lease at $750. We experienced tremendous amounts of maintenance issues at these apartments not to mention toilet overflowing for no reason AC unit not working at all. Dishwater from the dishwasher backing up into the sink. And a dripping water heater. That they will not take any note of problems around the unit and will constantly tell you they'll send maintenance to look at it but not send maintenance for months. This place is horribly unreliable and more worried about ripping off new tenants than taking care of old ones!! And then, finally once they do, send maintenance over to fix that unit theyll suddenly have no lease on file tell you that you need to sign another one for $1112 or get out by the end of the month(I was told this with less than two weeks left in the month).. it makes you wonder how many other tenants were told to move out in less than two weeks..
