    Horrible horrible company with worse business practices and poor professionalism. Started off trying to contact them over the phone and stated I got an email about someone buying a car it was in my name, he says no, but I say I havent even given you my name, he goes its on caller id, then says they never sent a email, I said I know I got it from the tag agency, he said I need to call them even tho the tag agency said it was the dealers mistake, Im frustrated and ask to talk to someone else so he hangs up. So I call again and get another kid on named ***** and confirmed they messed up so I go there and asked to speak to a manager and thats when the stuff started. I tried to let them know they got two peoples information wrong, that I received someone else information about a vehicle purchase that the other person made. That they sent his information and tag paperwork to me. Well they dont wanna say theyre wrong then call their sales person who verified it with me a liar and the state tag agency it was filed through wrong, says they havent sold any cars. So I show The little man of a finance manager the email and vin number and other persons personal info, that they messed up he didnt like that he then wants to cuss and yell and call me ignorant that Im acting crazy and wrong even tho I have the proof. This is a big deal of two peoples credit info and or personal information got mixed up. How do I know they didnt run my credit score. Then tells me to kick rocks than Im as ***, then is like have a good day. They want to talk slow to you like you are dumb and when you call them on it and need to be professional they say well you arent perfect. I didnt make the mistake Im trying to show you and help you correct ********* professionalism but cusses at previous customers and employee, then claims they get to talk to people that way with no consequences. They need to be investigated for fraud

    I had taken my 2010 Dodge Journey to this dealer for repair. They told me they could not repair the vehicle and due to not having alternate transportation, I felt pressured into buying a car from them right then and there. I saw on *** ***** that they had a 2017 Nissan Versa for $13,333, and that is what I thought they sold me the car for. I realize I should have noticed this on the contract at the time, but I was just looking at the bottom line after all the warranties were applied and thought that was the correct total amount of purchase. I was stressed and it was also late in the evening when I signed the papers and felt rushed. I ran across my contract today and was appalled to see that they actually charged me $16,212.00 for the car! That is $2879 more than what was advertised. I feel taken advantage of and wanted to warn others about their bait and switch tactic. Moral of the story, make sure your contract reflects the advertised price!! Don't let them rush you and make them explain every little detail. And don't buy the warranty, it's ****. The car broke down a week later and the warranty covered nothing.

    I was a little worried about going to Joe Cooper because I’ve never heard anything good about his dealerships and bought 5 Vehicles from Westpointe before the sold. I went up there and they took care of me got me the vehicle I wanted with the options I want great customer service before during and after. Just remember you don’t have to get the extended warranties if you don’t want them that’s on you. Great sales Rep great Sales Management and finance Management this guys are one of the best dealerships I’ve been to
