    On Monday Oct 30 I enrolled in an online course offers by HSEU. It started at 8:30. I was allowed to enroll at 8 am. I then received a long complex email telling me I had to complete 5 sections before the start of the class and the process for creating an account and logging into the the class took the whole half an hour so I barely got into the course There were quizzes throughout the class. I had to pass each one to pass the class. Every time a quiz came up and I logged into to take it I was thrown out of the course altogether. The instructor had to Help me log back in. It was a timed quiz and I lost precious minutes that I needed to take the exam I obviously failed the exam. And during the course I kept hearing the other student in my ear muttering and breathing. After two quizzes and failing both due to the technical issues I mentioned I dropped out. I emailed multi times with the instructor and the customer support to get a refund of my fee of 195. They refused. They offered me to take the course again at a discount. I explained I didnt want to do it as the platform isnt user friendly They stopped responding. I should not have been allowed to sign up the same day as the course if there were 5 sections to complete prior to the start of the class. Obviously I needed time to do this. They dont tell you about this until after you enroll I want a full refund of my money. I can provide copies of my emails with the instructor and customer service to document my attempts to resolve this issue.
