The owner came to do a wooden fence in the back yard and sides, I had a inclosed bike trailer that was on the side of the fence without asking he Took it upon himself to moved my trailer with a forklift and my trailer went forward as he moved it but as he stopped the forklift the trailer kept moving and the forks on the forklift hit and gouged the front of my trailer. He did offer to pay right there, but nobody knew what it would cost to have it repaired so I told him that I would get estimates to know what it would cost for the repairs saying that youre willing to pay for it for what youve done to me shows that youre guilty within a couple weeks, I had a few estimates and I sent and told him in a text message the cheapest one out there of $600 to repair his damage he done, he text back and said that he had no problem paying for the damage but he wasnt gonna pay 600 that his guy can do it for 500 but his guy is not a trailer repair place and I wanted it done right. So I took it to the trailer place and had it done as it was there. I continue to text him that it was there, and this is what it was gonna cost, and I got no more response from him. He has blown me off and not answered any of my text since the trailer has been in the shop and got fixed so he stiffed me $600 that I had a fork out of my pocket to have my trailer fixed that he damaged trying to do a fence on the property I have the text messages where he admits that he did and he would pay for it and then never hear from him again I have screenshots of that. I have screenshots and pictures of the repair receipts that the trailer place done in *******, ******** for the repairs.

This review has no merit. you can clearly see him ignoring my response to the $500 compensation that was offered.

***** was not a client of mine. I was a sub contractor for a fence job for ***** ******. Upon the initial arrival, *****, an elderly woman had a lot of trash/debris preventing her from getting the damaged fence replaced. with her permission and with her understanding that if I were to move the trailer, I would not be held liable for damages I moved the trailer to finish her project. Even though I was cleared by ***** after notifying her of the damages I still offered to help with damages up to $500. ***** then went quiet for sometime and sent a message to me directly. I offered again to mail the check and he ignored the message and continued to seek options of his own to get the trailer fixed. Clints trailer was blocking Lindas property from getting fixed.

under Oklahoma Satutes Title 47. "(a) It shall be unlawful to place or park a motor vehicle or a trailer upon the posted private property of another, without first obtaining permission from the landowner or the person in charge of such property, except where said placing or parking is casual or involuntary.
    (c) The landowner or person in charge of the land shall not be liable for any damages which may occur to a trespassing vehicle or trailer under the terms of this section, while the same is trespassing or while it is being removed from his property, or while it is in storage."

I was given permission from *****(Land owner) to move the trailer in question with her full knowledge of me not being held liable for damages. Due to Clints persistence to not come to an agreement, I will no longer provide help with Trailer damages.
