    - $47,000.00 paid to business between insurance and our own pockets.
    - Work contracted to perform - roof, foundation repair, interior repair and updating.
    - Work "completed" March 2nd, 2025.
    - Walk through with ***** March 3rd where he admitted the work was shoddy
    - Numerous no call no shows to come make plans to correct issues
    - Zero remorse, zero accountability by business, zero effort to follow through
    - Last contact was May 16th. 2025 with ***** saying they would be here the following weekend. Zero communication since this text exchange.
    - Claims to have no surety bond, only a million dollar liability insurance policy
    - BBB is under ***** ********, Oklahoma Construction Industries Board license number is under ******* *******.
    - Business continues to post on social media to advertise roofing, but can't find time to correct issues here. Seems there is not real plan to ever correct issues caused by their business with us and to only take on new jobs.
