      They were given my business from another company who sold their company. I had been with the other company 7 years with no issues and excellent service. In less than a year, they ****** my entire lawn over the Winter including a portion of my neighbors lawn that was also treated. The rest of the neighbors lawn that wasnt treated was green. In fact, with all the rain we had, mine was the only dead lawn in the metro. The technician blamed it on a dry Summer from LAST year. (Yet no one else seemed to have this issue). I discussed it with ***, lawn Manager and he took no responsibility. He only said he isnt an investigator, so he couldnt draw any conclusions from my yard and my neighbors adjoining section being dead. I paid over $1000 to resod my yard since it was dead after no growth by the end of May with lots of rain.I also have a rental house that was under their care. After 7 years with the other company and looking lush, in just one season it is growing 60% ****** grass and has almost taken over the front yard. They didnt even bother to let me know.
