      In 12/23 I contacted one way steel about purchasing a barndominuim kit. I let them know I had foundation layed and asked it they could make one to fit what I was needing. I was told yes and they sent me a quote after going back and forth over what I was needing. So 1/2024, I decided to go with them due to them letting me know that it wouldnt be a problem. January 2024 I took the drive from ** to ******** to set up a meeting to be 100% sure we were on the same page before I put any money down. They assured me they understood everything. I trusted them so I left a set of my foundation plans and a payment of $10,000. I was told it would take up to 10 weeks for the building to be complete. Here we are in May and it is now complete. I went to pick up the kit and noticed I was missing a rafter and he told me to look through it when I unloaded the kit and let him know. I told him the windows look different and he told me dont worry it wouldnt affect anything they could be moved. So I leave and drive back to *****. There are errors with this kit. Its not sized to what I ordered. Im missing pieces and missing modifications. My barn kit was supposed to have 3 doors and only has 2. I was supposed to have 5 rafters and only have 4 that arent even sized right. I have emails upon emails, texts going back and forth with them about what I needed. I contacted ****** about the issues and he kept giving me the run around and telling me they mustve changed the plans in ****** where the parts are made and it wasnt his fault. He says he sent a blue print to show me what I was getting but all it was is a blue print to put the kit together. He had to arrange a separate delivery as well for other pieces that were missing that I had no clue about. Needless to say I called lots of times and we are getting nowhere. All I want is what I originally ordered and payed for. *** asked him to please fix it and showed him the emails sent to one way steel and Im getting no where

      ATTN: FULL RESPONSE IS ATATCHED DUE TO LIMIT IN CHARACHTERS. We have tried to assist him throughout this entire time, in addressing any and all of his concerns, and also providing him with new anchor bolts needed to keep going with his project. With all our attempts to handle this unfortunate situation, we have been met with nothing but extreme aggression, vulgar and profane language from this customer. He has gone to the extreme of calling our office and direct lines and made threats to various employees, stating that he has been to prison for over a decade and is not afraid to go back or even cause life and death harm in order for him to get his entire money back. We have had to file for a restraining order to be placed on this customer due to the evidence we have of his harassment and extremely violent threats. The customer has not allowed us to help fix the situation, but only keeps demanding a full refund of the entire purchase. We believe at this point the customer does not actually want the issues remedied, but in actuality only wants to hurt us and or our business.

      I  told you several times to just replace the rafters & you keep saying I want to return the whole kit. Again, I just need the rafters made to the correct size as my blue prints show & the missing rafter. Im not asking for anything extra nor am I asking for any favors. Im simply asking for what was ordered. You went as far as stating you never received my blue prints and clearly in the pictures submitted you are responding about my blue prints in the emails I provided here and to u as well. You are bringing up my past, and my past wasnt a problem when you took my money. Yes I am very frustrated you have made every excuse to dodge me and messages are unanswered when Im asking you to please please please fix this. You have treated me unfair. My build is on hold because of this. Im loosing money every day on this. All Im asking is for you to correct this.  This is all Ive been asking. Can you please fix this? Please? We can arrange a pick up or delivery so we dont have to see each other since now u are making it seem like there is a restraining order.

Why are u saying that I want a full refund when Im sending you images of me asking for the rafters or the refund for the rafters. This is why things have gotten difficult between us. Im not asking for anything extra nor am I asking for any favors. Im simply asking for what was ordered and for a service I paid for.       July 18 2022 Purchased 2 commercial garage doors with complete hardware. Explained this was for home in Milburn ok. Had contractor pick up. No one verfied that all products were there. Contactor started the job. Parts were missing. Had to have contractor pick. Up. Miguel ****** vice President said he would reimburse my contractor for gas if he would show receipts and mail the 2 garage door openers in the mail due they were not at the office. It's been 3 weeks of. Nothing in the mail. No return of phone calls. We would like to have contractor reimbursed for the gas and the 2 garage door openers. Have talked to Miguel said he would text me the routing numbers for the package on 9-14 @ 10:47 . waited 2hrs nothing.. Call office . he's not in. Can I take message and put on his desk. Can you assist me in this

      We apologize for the delay in the clickers, we do not keep them in stock. The clickers were mailed as of 9/15/2022. We also mailed check #**** paid to ******************* on 9/15/2022 for $100 for gas reimbursement.
