    Chip is the biggest tool Ive ever encountered as far as customer service. Do yourself a favor and completely avoid doing any business whatsoever here. He had an attitude from the moment I walked through the door and by the time it was over I cancelled my reservation and went elsewhere. He refused to rent the trailer I reserved saying my Jeep Gladiator was a soft top. It is a factory hard top and I do have a sunrider soft top on the front. But guess what? The Jeep is built with a factory roll bar so it doesnt matter if it has no top. I contacted ***** and they said the sunrider is an accessory and he should have rented the equipment to me, so he was completely wrong. He also put a note on my account saying the portion of my head above my neck was mush and I was very aggressive. And I was aggressive because Im a grown man and I do not accept being treated the way this ignorant a** treated me.
