We purchased a Transit Connect from the dealership about a month and a half ago during dry night. Went through a car wash and a rain that hit us a couple of weeks after the purchase of the vehicle, we noticed the headliner in the vehicle was very damp and beads of water were observed streaming down the windshield (apparent seal issue) and also dripping onto the radio from the rear view mirror. After begging to speak to management (who were seemingly unavailable or in a meeting every time that we called) between November and December. The day before Thanksgiving we were able to speak to the a manager (after I pushed for any person that I spoke with to transfer me to a management member) who said he would have the issue taken care of- he instructed us to take the vehicle to a local dealership to have the issue assessed to determine whether or not we needed to bring the vehicle into the Yukon dealership because the repair would be cheaper to repair at their dealership. We called a local dealership and were told that that is ridiculous, this is a glass issue and that they would just call a glass company to look at and repair the issue. We have followed up with the company as of today, informing the receptionist (after telling me again that NO ONE in management is available and in a meeting) that we have spent $16k on a vehicle that leaks water on the inside directly onto controls of the vehicle and that we need this issue fixed as promised by management- she then was able to get ahold of someone in management where I was told not to yell at the receptionist (after I admit-tingly argued with the receptionist to speak to a member of management which obviously worked) and that he would speak to another member of management and have the issue taken care of. This issue was presented to management over the phone on 11/27/24 again after attempting to contact management via phone on multiple days/multiple times within the few weeks before the week of Thanksgiving.

I purchased a used 2019 **** expedition *** from *** cooper Ford of Yukon. I didnt have my car but for 3 days and issues started coming up, we have a warranty on the car and they only fixed one of the multiple issues my car was having and stated they will not fix the remaining issues. Its sickening and disheartening that I purchased this warranty and they will not honor the warranty. I feel robbed. My family and I will never be back to this location.

I wouldn't do business with a *** Cooper dealership if it was the last one on earth. I took a new car with a few thousand miles to the service department. It should have been under warranty. They came back to talk with me and claimed it had rat damage and the part alone would cost over $700. It was kept in a garage in a new home with no rat or mouse infestation. I took it there to see why the check engine light was on. Instead of letting them charge me on a new car under warranty, I took it to another shop and they located the problem. The sensor was unplugged! Cost me nothing to plug it in!!! The mechanic at *** Cooper was either lazy, inept or just dishonest. If or when I decide to buy another car it will not be from a *** Cooper dealership. They are always trying to up sale, find problems that don't exist and ******* people out of money.

Bad Business!! The whole process took 6 hours to complete and from the beginning we stated what interest rate we were willing to accept. My wife, had spinal surgery 22 hours prior to visit and was there in order to complete purchase. The sales team and finance team was aware of my wifes recent surgery and pain medication influence. She was unable to sit and spent majority of time pacing the showroom floor. For 5 hours they kept coming back with payment changes but NEVER would give us the interest rate. They just kept saying that it would be in between these numbers!! Finally at our limit they said that we were just waiting on finance and then we can leave. When asked again what the interest rate was, we were told that the finance person would review with us when signing documentation. Again still not knowing what the interest rate would be. All we were told is that we could refinance in 6 months for lower interest rate. My goal at that time was to get my wife home in order for her to take pain medication. The next business day my wife was looking over the paperwork and stated that she did not agree to that interest rate and that for 6 hours they did not tell her what the interest was and she felt taken advantaged of. When I talked to them about the situation the refused to do anything, fully knowing that they took advantages of a compromised situation. Im also a 100% disabled vet and my wife is my legal representative in regards to financial decisions and due to her compromised state at the time, I was also put in a compromised position. I called the bank and explained the situation to them and they stated the dealership can cancel the deal on their end. When I talked with the Sales Manager he flat out told me that the deal has been funded and even if he could change it that he wouldnt because that is not how they do business there! If this is how they treat veteran customers, please take your business elsewhere.

Less than 100 stars Fraud, theft, lies, violation fcra, tila, ecoa Spot delivery and bait and switch, sharing of personal information, no privacy disclosure, lied about financing approval refused to return down payment refused to void contact on a dealer rescinded spot delivery threatened to report vehicle stolen even though they had not even notified me of their rescission. Refused to show signed agreement that they used as their defense in their actions, sent multiple emails promising the return of down payment and voided contract but when we returned the car they refused and kicked me off the lot all the whole smirking and taking obvious pleasure in their behaveior and unscrupulous business tactics

The customer came in and stated they had a pre- approval with Cap1 finance. It was after business hours so we were unable to confirm the pre- approval but allowed them to take the vehicle . The next day we contacted Cap1 finance and they said there was not an approval for this customer and we were unable to find another lender to secure a loan. We never had a valid contract to void and the customer is receiving a full refund of their down payment

Found the perfect truck for my sons first. Certified used, so makes you feel good knowing that. Drove up, test drove it and bought it. Took about 2-3 weeks for them to deliver. As soon as I got in the truck and drove it I smelled a burning oil smell coming from the vents. I contacted them and they said, let us know what it is. I finally got it in the the **** place herefront gasket leaking, oil switch leaking and the turbos are going out. Now I bought the extended warranty, covers everything (hopefully) other than the front gasket. I let them know and they had no remorse about it, like do the right thing, I didnt even drive it 5 miles! ****** listen to me when I tell you never trust this place. They did have mixed reviews so I figured, yeah I am sure some people are just rude nope they were right. Also their 36 month/3k warranty wont cover itI was told the engine, components/transmission would all be covered looks like they can say whatever they want and get away with it. ****** do not use this company for any vehicle purchases. Best definitioncrooks.

My daughter’s Ford Escape was at Joe Cooper Ford for a recall. A ‘free’ inspection revealed the need to replace the lug nuts, and marked as needing immediate attention. A price of $313.49 (plus tax) was quoted, which is way too high, but many people would have proceeded with the repair at the quoted price. I bought the same lug nuts in Bethany and had them installed for less than $28.00, including tax. A markup of 1100 % is criminal.
