    We contracted with this bus to take us to and from ************* to ****** and supposedly back for ** vs ******** game. They did not pick us up after the game. Left us stranded. Said they were sending a bus. Sent a bus completely full of passengers. When I called the bus company to find out where our bus was bc it was the middle of the night. He said surely you arent the same lady that called me a few minutes ago. I did not get back to my hotel until 4 am. Left stranded and forced to ride in cars with strangers which is very dangerous in 2024. So be careful and find a different means of transportation

    We contracted with this bus company to take a group of 22 ********* fans from ************* to Norman ******** for the football game. The bus that picked us up had no air conditioning. No opening windows. Then at 10:30 PM after the game the bus did not show up to pick us up. We kept calling the company and they kept saying the bus was coming after about an hour and a half a bus showed up that was completely full of people and no room for us. A couple of our fans got in the bus and just stood in the aisle the whole way back to *************. One of those Fans, Parkinsons disease and had to stand in the bus. The rest of us sat on the street in ******, ******** outside the stadium for several hours trying to get lift or **** to bring us back to *************. Finally, a couple of students by who were super nice and took some of us back to *************. Some of the fans wandered off, trying to find out rides. Eventually, one of the lucky people who did get back to ************* brought their personal vehicle back and picked us up. We did not get back to our hotel in ************* until after 4:30 P.m. Do not use this company. On top of this we had personal items, including coolers and drinks in the bus which we did not get back from the company so far.
