      Had a lp stove installed improperly. Soot damage. Third party insurance denied claim. Hired servpro to do the restoration and reconstruction and was told we would never know anything was ever wrong. It would be spotless. They packed out soft goods out on 09/29/2022. Left us with no kitchen cooking utensils. They shut down because they had no guarantee of payment. We did after much research decide to pay personally. We had a timeline and they were aware. They did not leave our home clean. It was left filthy with sheetrock dust all over everything and the packed out items were not cleaned. Windiws were not cleaned. Final clean with delivery they were there approx 2 hrs. They also have lost some of our items and wss told we would not get them back ever. I would highly recommend going with a different company for any kind of restoration.
