    Would like refund for being over charged on rental. Web site states that the rental rate for the same size unit as I have and have had for years is ****** and I'm being charged ****** for the last 12 months and then they decide to add insurance this month for an additional **** without any warning to make it ******. when I have insurance that covers the unit. I started out paying 90 month for long time now they keep raising the amount without any notice. I call the company but she can't tell me why I am being charged more than what is stated on their website.

    Customer satisfaction is always a top priority for our company. We pride ourselves on being one of the few locally owned self-storage facilities. We are however the only company in town that guarantees our move in rate for 12 months. Per the terms of our customer contract with ****************** and industry standards we reserve the right to raise rental rates at any time with a 30-day notice. Rental rates are driven by many factors including, Market Rates, Inflation and Unit Availability. The pricing listed on our website reflects those current factors so it can differ from rates current customers are paying. We are disappointed that ****************** did not contact us to discuss this matter when she received the email and letter notifications about the rate changes. Based on these conditions we do not feel a refund is appropriate in this situation.
