    This person is very unreliable. We spoke to him on the Monday, he said he'd come out through the week. On the Thursday I phoned Mr Davis, he told me he'd come out about mid morning the next day which was Friday. Friday morning came and went with no communication from Mr Davis. My husband phoned Mr Davis Friday afternoon. Mr Davis told him he would come out on Saturday morning, today. It is now 2:51pm on Saturday afternoon, we have heard nothing from Mr Davis. This man is very unreliable.
