    Horrible management. ****** and **** are horrible managers/ owners. Slum lords. Takes months to fix things and they do a c*** job. Holes in the floors. Heaters don't work. Plumbing is backed up in the entire complex 70% of the time. Rats and ants in the walls of the entire complex. Multiple units have had major flooding in the upstairs.bathrooms that.dripped down to the main levels and just patched up the problems with paint spackle and glue. Power blows when you use a dryer or when you use a vacuum or mini heater. Over charging for crappy units. ****** falsifies documents if she doesn't like you and wants you move as well as giving ****** threats to tenants. They both threaten tenants with constant notices on doors for eviction month after month until they get their way. Dooshbag attitudes.
