    I want to start off with saying Im a disabled veteran. I have medication that requires refrigeration and American Home shield hired these guys. Technician came out to my house open the door of my fridge closed it and said its the hinge And that they would have to order a part. The second time he came out to my house, he said he ordered the wrong part and that he also didnt notice something the first time because he never checked so they would have to order that too. On the third attempt, I asked for them to work with me because I was using vacation days. And American Home shield said that they didnt think theyd be able to make it happen and all I was asking for an after 3 PM on a weekday. I called customer Service for this company, and the guy who answered was incredibly disrespectful, whistling as I was telling my story mocking me and insulting me (he literally told me, is there anything else I could not help you with?. Ive never in my days seen worse customer service.

    Service: Repair Kenmore Refrigerator not cooling, smelly ice cubes, Water Dispenser drip water not clear, and loud intermittent humming.Recommendation and arrangement were made by my home warranty company, **********************. A good sign from the beginning.***** was on time, quick to diagnose, explained the plan of action, order parts, saving me money on parts not covered by warranty. It seemed ***** is highly knowledgeable in all home appliance I questioned him about and provided an excellent service.Communication is vital when experiencing a loss, whether its properties, or physical health. From start to finish, the communication methods via calls and texts, made me feel valuable and stay connected. Highly recommend Xigent Appliance Repair.
