    On August 20, 2021, I placed an order (order number *****) for KIT-** Skylight Kit (21" x 62"). This item was and still is listed as "Available on Backorder". Prior to placing my order, I had tried to find out if they had any information regarding the length of time, I would have to wait for this item to be delivered. I left 2 voice messages on their phone and sent them a letter through the ************* ************ I was well aware of the supply chain issues that were plaguing all the companies worldwide. On August 8, 2022, I sent them a message through their message system on the website asking if they had an update about my order. I also asked them if it would be possible to get only the trim for the window and instructions to remove the old window and install a new one. I have never received a response to any of my requests for information about this window kit. When I placed the order, it was stated "Thank you. Your order has been received. As soon as your order ready to ship we will send you the invoice to pay. Thank you for your patience." As I told them in the last message, I sent them, I think I have been very patient for a full year. I have ordered parts from them to fix my trailer since 2008 and this is the first time, I have experienced anything other than great service from them.
