I purchase a brand new tundra from Albany Toyota in Albany ******. When I bought the truck I was told Beaverton Toyota had just purchased the dealership. The truck had 16 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. Around 9-10k miles I noticed the tires seemed worn more than normal. I stopped and talked to the manager who referred me to their service writer. They told me it wasn't Toyota and I needed to call ****** tire company for warranty. When I called Falcen tires they told me the tire Toyota buys from them are ordered specifically for Toyota and they have no warranty. They also stated that the tires I got on my truck are not real Falken Wildpeak A/T they just have the name ob them. They stated that Toyota orders these tires to be quieter ride and better gas mileage. I got a quote for the real Falken Wildpeak A/T from a local tire shop and asked Albany Toyota to either buy me the tires I was tricked into thinking I was getting with my new truck or cut a check for the amount. They wouldn't do either. The truck has under 15k miles now and the tires are 1/32 from needing to be replaced. The real Falken Wildpeak A/T are a *****k tire. I would like to report them for ***** advertisements or selling a vehicle with defective unsafe tire. What should I do?

Albany Toyota went to the manufacturer to assist in out of guidelines assistance, barring their requested inspections be completed to verify intended use of the vehicle.  As a measure of additional goodwill and excellent customer service, ********************** explained that if all the inspections passed and the factory declined covering the replacement, Albany Toyota would provide and install the requested tire upgrade for you at no charge. On multiple occasions, you have declined to participate in all resolution steps required, standing firm that you would provide a positive social review if we wrote you a check for the cost of the upgraded tires or pay a different tire company to upgrade your tires. Even after a last resort of offering the manufacturer resolution helpline for assistance, we were still willing to help by honoring the goodwill offer of providing and installing upgraded tires; barring we complete the inspections and now the factory customer assistance number be contacted.
