    On July 14th we took our **** Lexus to have an issue with the stereo we attempted to install ourselves fixed by Superior Sound. We installed a stereo ourselves but there was no sound after install. Superior Sound said they could fix the issue and also agreed to install a back up camera in the car we purchased and brought to them. They said they could do both. They did not communicate with us, never told us there were any issues with install. We had to call and stop by. When we stopped by to see if car was done they told us they had fixed the stereo but were unable to get the back up.camera installed after attempting to get it to work. We paid and left and quickly realized the stereo speakers and stereo still were not functioning properly. On top of that the windows now did not roll up and the blinkers did not work and a dash light was on indicating the reverse lights were not working. We immediatly took the car back and they said they would look into it. Didn't hear back so we stopped in two day s later and they said it must have all been broken when we brought it in and they did nothing electrical that could have caused it. We also noticed our electric ratchet was no longer in the car and asked for it back assuming it was accidently removed qhen they cleaned up their tools. We were told they never saw it and we must be mistaken that it was in the car. After pushing the issue and asking them to make it right, fix it or refund our money, we were told to leave the store and escorted out. I found other reviews and similar customer complaints on ****** and *********
