    My wife and I recently had the unfortunate task of burying our beloved son, who served as a U.S. veteran, at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens Cemetery. During this challenging time, we were fortunate to have the support and assistance of *******************************, who went above and beyond to honor our son and provide us with a truly memorable experience.From the moment we met ****, it was evident that he deeply cared about the families he served and had a profound respect for those who had served our country. His genuine compassion and dedication were truly commendable. **** took the time to listen to our needs, understand our wishes, and ensure that every detail of our son's burial was handled with the utmost care and sensitivity.In conclusion, our experience with Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens Cemetery, particularly with the exceptional assistance of *******************************, exceeded our expectations. ****'s unwavering dedication to honoring our son's burial as a U.S. veteran, coupled with his kindness and attention to detail, made a challenging time more bearable for our family.     ******************************** I and my siblings are beyond sad, mad & disgusted! We have family "5" of them that are buried here. The last one to be placed there was our father back in November of 2010. Still some 13+ years and counting have passed with **************************************** Owner/Operator having not placed my fathers name on either of the family markers that already exist. Tried calling, with no response. Voicemail messages were never returned, My sister and I go every year on Dad's birthday to leave flowers. Notified **** leading up to the last visit letting him know we will be there hoping he would have a heart and complete the task, No such luck! Spoke with him last a few years ago and he tried to blame it on the craftsman that makes the bronze works and covid-19. I contacted the bronze craftsmans business myself and was told there has never even been an order placed for said person ie: my father."Please do not trust this man with the care of your loved ones."He should not be working in this business obviously he does not really care enough to supply families all of what has been purchased. I call that a scam!!! And of the worst kind. Shame on you **************************************** owner/operator @Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens ******,******.
