    No showed on our move out day. Had scheduled directly with the owner who said she would be meeting me at 9 am. Originally had asked to schedule for a Monday the day before move out but she called and said shed double booked me and needed Tuesday instead. I agreed but stressed that put us on move out day. I text Tuesday morning to confirm she would be there - and the response was- did I want a cleaning or a quote ?? I said I had scheduled with her for a cleaning ? Then the response was, well first it was two workers would meet me at 9 then she changed the story to one worker. Because had double booked herself / again. I dropped my kids off at the sitter and waited at the house. No one showed up. She blamed it on a worker not showing up. I truly feel she forgot and was using this as a story and wasting my time in the process. We had never discussed other workers before that morning. She said she personally was meeting me. By 930 am I was told no one was coming but I could reschedule and it would be her ? I said that is who I hired in the first place and agreed to meet - was her?? She said she could come the next morning? Of course that was too late. Do not rely on this company if you are in a move out of a rental situation and are on a deadline.

    Our regular date was oct 27th, you called and asked to reschedule for Monday, I did confirm that Monday would not work and lets ************. You said it was totally fine. We are a fairly new company, getting very busy and my scheduler is new as well and made a mistake double booked me on Tuesday, so to make it still happen I was trying to send another worker out. Accidents happen and I as the owner do apologize. Please dont bash my company. We do a great job and I sincerely apologized, offered services still and you ignored me.
