      I bought a Temperpedic mattress, but the person who sold it didnt say anything about the possibility of an allergic reaction. When I opened it, the chemical smell made me nauseated and my skin started burning even after letting it air out. The receipt says all sales final, but she didnt clarify that when I bought it. Is there any way I could get my money back since I had such a severe allergic reaction and theres no way I can use it?

      Susan Phillips signed Inv. #11034560 acknowledging the terms of the transaction.

      However, she did not contact the store with her concerns about the odor of the Tempur Pedic mattress. We could have advised her of steps to mitigate the odors.

      Also, had she notified us, we could offer her the opportunity to reselect her mattress. She is well within the timeline for Comfort Trial. She just needs to communicate with the sales manager, Tim McDonald. He is available Saturday through Wednesday each week.

      I am rejecting this response because:


      I was lead to believe that the 30 day trial period meant I could return it and get a refund. The issue with the mattress isn’t the odor, it’s the fact I’m allergic to it and there’s no way I can use it.
