    Highly recommend!!! We own a real estate company on the coast. Its important to have a home inspector we know we can rely on. ****, owner of Rising Tide has become a highly trusted partner that we recommend consistently to our clients. He is very responsive, professional, on time (always ahead of schedule) and provides a thorough, high quality, easy to read inspection report. He is knowledgeable and approaches concerns realistically and can help provide solutions. His service doesnt stop after the inspection, our clients can rely on his knowledge and advice well after buying a home.

    Hands down another great home inspection! I have had the pleasure of working with **** on a previous home inspection and couldn't be more appreciative of the easy to read reports, attention to detail, communication, turn around time and I love he does a discount for Veterans. I would definitely recommend and look forward to working with him again in the future.

    **** was on time and ready to inspect but unfortunately, my new home was not completely done. **** recommended he return later in the week to get the value of a full inspection when the house was complete. **** is as honest and dependable as they come. Clean, professional, knowledgeable, and great customer service

    I am no stranger to having homes inspected, and **** was by far the best. He took over 3 1/2 hours to inspect my home, and his attention to detail is exactly how ALL inspectors should do the job of making sure that the home they inspect is safe for my family to live in and does not have defects that can drive one into bankruptcy.Thank you, ****. I have your number on speed dial and the next inspection I need, you are my first (and hopefully last) call.

    Great customer service and so very personable. I didn't get to be present for the whole inspection but I was with him when he had to fight the bushes to get a good sewer scope. Poor guy did all kinds of contortions. :) I very much appreciated his persistence and was easy to work with. Would definitely recommend him and use him again if I needed. Fabulous experience!
