Dealership had my truck for three months, returned it twice stating it was fixed, but still had the exact issue as when I brought it in initially, same code on diagnostic test and the check engine light was on. This is after I had to take out a loan and borrow money from my son. Even their inspection has many discrepancies, including mileage, condition of battery, etc. I asked the same mechanic not to work on my truck & was disregarded as his name is on paperwork. All of the parts I initially paid for did not fix the truck so why was I charged for them? My MPG went from 17 down to 14.5 with no explanation. There was never an apology or accountability or refund on the money that I paid. One of the times they returned my truck I had plans out of town for the weekend that had to be canceled due to having a broken vehicle. Again, no compensation for the Time and financial loss. Im scared to drive my truck. I have no confidence in The repairs that were supposedly performed. I dont know what other damage they couldve caused or what is still damaged. I am a single disabled, female veteran and deserve respect, not manipulation and lies

In regards to Robertas truck, big trucks like this can be hard to fix sometimes. Her check engine light came on and she stated that it would run funny on cold mornings. We verified the check engine to be on and came to the conclusion that the truck needed a power control module. We replaced it, drove the truck and the light turned off. Upon delivering the truck back to ******* she drove down the street and the check engine light came on again.
We inspected the truck and found that the new power control module was bad. We re ordered a new Power control module at no charge to the client and installed a new one.
When we re delivered the vehicle to the client, the light came on once again, she brought it back, and we found that a vacuum hose was not secured properly. We secured the hose and that fixed the check engine light. The power control module was needed for this fix the truck, so she didnt pay for nothing. Its just the first one installed was faulty (this was a new part from the **** We did not charge the client for any work after the initial installation ( this amount not charged is north of $1,200.) We did this for customer service purposes, because we understood her frustration. I spoke to the client personally and assured her that we would fix her vehicle right. We did do that and she is now refusing to drive the truck. This truck is in perfect working condition now.
The client also stated that while the truck was on our lot, that her trailer hitch cap was stollen. This is obviously hard to prove but due to the circumstances we bought her a new one. She has not called us back to pick up her complimentary trailer cap.

This was a case of a bad part being installed. (No way to know until you install it) My technician didnt closed the clasp on the hose all the way the second time the light came on. All other work performed on her truck was free of charge, both parts and labor. All in all we did the right thing for this client and she is free to drive her truck so she can see for herself that her truck is fixed.
