    I ordered a jacket from Apollo Outwear. I learned of them from an advertisement on ********* It arrived but was too small. I followed their measurement instructions. Their instructions were wrong. I found that others on ******** who followed their measurement instructions commented on their advertisement that their jacket was too small too. I sent the jacket back for a different size. They received it back. The new jacket was going to be mailed from *****. From looking at tracking, a shipping label was printed, but the package wasn't actually mailed. I know this because tracking states shipping information received, but it didn't say arrived at origin facility. The shipping label was printed on 9/7, and it is now 10/26. I have sent them 10 emails during that time. I changed my request to demanding a refund. Instead of giving a refund, they keep asserting false claims that the package was mailed. Tracking shows that claim is not true. I needed the jacket for a masquerade party on 10/28. After a few weeks of their false claims, I knew they weren't going to send the replacement jacket, so I ordered an identical jacket from one of their competitors. It was shipped from ***** and arrived a week ago. I no longer need a jacket from them. I explained this to them. Since it was never actually shipped, they could and should give me a refund. They haven't done so after multiple requests.

    I've contacted them about the BBB complaint, and they have no intention of changing their mind.  I'd just say close the complaint.

    Item purchased on 8/29/23 Order #AO3790 $69.90 Men's Gothic Tailcoat Black / 3XL Did not fit so I immediately notified the company and contrary to their posted return policy that I screenshot that they now changed they required me to pay return shipping even though their policy clearly stated they would supply a return label. PayPal did not protect me and I was required to return the item and pay for shipping. Tracking shows they accepted the item but never returned my money and have not returned emails requesting them to do so. Changing their return policy only confirms they were wrong. And need to be held accountable. How many others have been scammed by this company? It was $14 to return the item via ***** tracking # **** **** **** **** **** 97

    This company has told me first they were refunding my money, then sending a larger size, then refunding part of my money and sending a larger size. Clearly as a form of harassment and PayPal has failed to protect me by closing the case with no way to contact them. Buyer beware. They have not done any of what they said they were going to do.
