    My dog was injured by these groomers, and I was not even notified afterwards. I only noticed the damage a day later, and the owner refused any compensation. There perhaps was a pre-existing condition, but a competent groomer would have been more careful to not cause additional damage to the area, and discussed the situation with me beforehand.

    I am saddened you had a bad experience. Your dog had a large untreated hot-spot that was present before we groomed it. I absolutely did not cause any harm to your dog as the hot spot had clearly been festering for some time. I would never harm a dog, and if I did, I absolutely would take accountability and reimburse the client. In this case I most definitely did not cause any injury and am quite disappointed that, after taking great care of your dog and treating him with the upmost kindness for every grooming appointment, your first conclusion on this matter would be I hurt him. Please take care, and please know, I love all dogs and would never, ever, cause harm to your boy.

    We are quite sure that our dog did not have any issues before the appointment, but even if what you're saying would have been true, you should have immediately contacted us before proceeding, whereas you did not even mention it to us when we picked him up. We still think the injury was caused by the electric sheers used.
