- In general, we provide a 30-day refund or exchange policy. If there was a problem on our end, then this is at no cost to the buyer. If the buyer changes their mind through no fault of ours we still refund within 30 days but reserve the right to chnage a restocking fee. In addition to the refund and exchange policy, virtually all products also come with a 1-3 year direct exchange warranty policy. Several products also come with a limited lifetime exchange warranty.
