    In September 2022 I purchased a 2004 Nissan 350 Z for $14000. Since getting it I have only put 1,500 miles on the vehicle. Today 6/25/23 went to the grocery store and the motor blew. When sitting with the sales man he assured me and my spouse that they handled all repairs and the car was running perfectly. I also invested in a warranty, why? I have no clue as the warranty COVERS NOTHING. Everything is considered a wearable part! Now I look up the dealerships to speak with them and the business is CLOSED!! I have a $14,000 loan payment on a vehicle that does not even start and have only had it less than a year!!!

    Around January 17th, 2023 I bought a 2015 ****** from Titan Auto Group as well as a warranty for $2,000. I was promised a seatbelt replacement for the back right seat because it did not have a useable seat belt at the time of purchase. Soon after that I started trying to get in touch with Titan Auto Group to see how it's going with the seatbelt but have been unsuccessful. Now I heard a rumor that has not been verified, that Titan Auto Group is not in business anymore. Now I know nothing about the seatbelt replacement or the $2,000 warranty I got for the vehicle.

    Company is listed on ****** as Permanently closed. Phone number is disconnected. My purchase temporary registered is expiring, which renders the vehicle inoperable. No way to initiate ownership follow up.

    I never received the title to my 2012 ****** ***** even after I paid it . Now I’m stuck with a car with no title to exchange it . What can I do so I can get my title an plates .

    I purchased a vehicle from them and they owed us 2 middle seats for the 2015 ***** ***** *******, to fix the drivers seat(this was done) and a new radio. We went in on 3/2/23 spoke with J.D. made an appointment for 3/9/23 @ 10am. My daughter gets there and they tell her that they sold the business but would call me later that afternoon to get the parts to us. No phone call. I went in and spoke with *** ****** who told me oh well we are out of business and nothing he could do. He knew last week the business was getting sold yet made the appt. I paid the $500 I promised. I am a disabled single income woman and they screwed me.

    Purchased a 2008 **** ** for an agreed upon $12,800 under the written agreement that the oil leak(s), hood opener, interior panel for the hood release, coilpacks and spark plugs, and the driver's side window track, would all be replaced/ repaired would be remedied at the agreed deal. I also purchased an aftermarket *non-exclusionary* warranty through Elite warranties, of which such paperwork with details of said warranty plan were not included in my purchase agreement paperwork, luckily I took pictures.. I have since been informed by two seperate 3rd party shops that the above work would 99% most likely NOT be covered even if I put it on the warranty instead of chasing Titan auto group down for the promised repairs. So now, after putting $3000 down on the car and patiently waiting two weeks for ANY reply on when to bring the car in for said repairs, and now going straight to V.M. I drive to the dealership to find that it's CLOSED UP and they literally ran out on our contract. I will take this to court promptly if not either, fully reimbursed for the cost of the repairs, or my down payment is repayed in good faith, effective immediately. The car has been misfiring and throwing codes, so I'm only driving in town, to work and back. As a prior sales rep myself, I find this act truly low and pathetic. This most definitely isn't over ****, I'm not nearly in the place in life to let any of this slide.

    bought a 2015 ***** 5 van with ****** miles on it now ****** on it the transmission is out needs rebuilt, was told they did the brakes, i just spent 754 dollars on rear brakes that was bad ,was sold a warranty that wasn't what i asked for bad place to buy from from reviews that's normal to sell unsafe cars

    Customer purchased the vehicle over 6 month ago, The customer did purchase a drivetrain warranty brakes would not be covered under any warranty. customer stated that he has had the vehicle parked and the brakes froze up on him. We did try to speak with the customer and offer to do any services at the store for a discount. Offer still stand if he would like us to look at the transmission that is covered under warranty. the brakes are not the responsibility of the dealer after six months of ownership. The brakes did not fail until six months after purchase.
