Super shady dealing with these folks. Had my car towed following a minor accident. Tow truck driver said there was no fee should I call next business day, which was not the case. When I called, they said I had 30 minutes to retrieve the car and made it nearly impossible to get it out of impound, were elusive on giving any details, then charged an exorbitant amount (almost $900) to get out. The customer rep/lady was terse with both me and my wife; horrible customer service. And, to top things off, I found out later that they filed a Claim of Possessory ************* of Foreclosure the day they towed to car to their lot!

We tow several cars and trucks daily.  We would need the vehicle plate or vin to respond to this case.  ****************** has the rates set. Oregon state law says we have to file a lien as soon as vehicle gets to our lor to notify everyone that owns it that it was towed.  If the vehicle gets paid for and picked up the lien is canceled.  As for 30 minutes, maybe they were waiting for another tow truck to tow them out?  We ask that they set up a time for everyone to be a lot at once for release.  We understand that an accident can be stressful. We hope this answers some of the questions.

Just saw on the news that they price gauged a young woman whose car was legally parked on the side of 26 in the snow. The rate should have been about $200 and Anderson Towing charged $800 for a tow and overnight impound.
