    Can't Order this product Online from his Site.Suggests you copy and fill out Order Form, then mail it with a Check for the Amount Due. Dec 3 2023 sent Order for 3 Bottles Oxy C, total $130.00 Dec 11 2023 Check cleared my Bank Account. As of February 17 2024, Over 90 Days later, I have not received the product. Sent 2 emails, one to each of his Email sites. Absolutely NO RESPONCE. Seems to me this persons actions are nothing new. How convenient not having Online Ordering by Pay Pal or a Credit Card. Just send me a check so I can CASH it and you can't do a thing about it. He just sits back and let the money roll in. He is a PHONY, a SCOUNDREL, and a *****.

    Please note - A Cashier's Check Refund (**********) was sent, **** First Class, to this unpleasant woman on February 23, 2024.  She should receive it anytime now.  Here is the kind, thoughtful letter that was sent to her and the few other customers who were processed and in queue to be shipped to.

    Dear friend

    We have been offering Oxy-C for over 20 years now.   Because of the
    deliberate take-down of the US economy, many businesses have failed.
    Millions are gone. Our supplier has purchased from the same manufacturers
    for all of these 20+ years.

    We have been waiting for many weeks to receive our regular inventory
    shipment.  Several months ago, we received word that one of the
    two manufactures had to cease operations because of the economic
    implosion in the country.  So, our supplier shifted to the second producer.
    However, after some weeks, this second top manufacturer severely changed
    the way they do business.  Not good.

    As things are now, our supplier doesn't know when the second manufacturer 
    will be able to ship.  We have zero control of this process and are going
    to temporarily stop sales. This is a big loss and more than disappointing.

    We greatly value all of our customers, some go back over 20 years, and 
    are offering to send Allicin C to substitute for the Oxy-C.  (Both are the same price)

    Allicin-C is, by far, the best-selling product weve ever had.  It is the worlds 
    strongest, non-pharma, all natural, extremely broad-spectrum anti-viral, 
    Anti-bacterial.  Every home should have it.  If you would like to have the
    Allicin-C, email your shipping address (and number of bottles of Oxy-C
    you ordered) and we will send the same number of bottles of Allicin-C to 
    you via Priority Mail.   Or, we will send a refund.  

    There is a chance we will be able to get Oxy-C again but we dont know when.
    We certainly apologize for the delay but there has been nothing we could
    do except be patient and pray that the inventory from our supplier would ship.  

    Please let us know your choice.

    most prompt attention.

    I ordered two bottles of Oxy C from The New Earth store which I found on Rense.com. I mailed a check for $78 and it cleared my bank account on June 19th. As of July 30, 2023 I have not received the product. I have been emailing the contact email (2 of them) for a couple weeks and have not received a response. I would like to have the product I ordered or the money refunded if the product is not available. If you're going to offer product to the general public it would benefit you and your business to at least respond to inquiries. I don't know of anything that is more distasteful and frustrating than a situation like this.

    The failures of the USPS are growing rapidly.  THEFT is COMMON.  We make it clear that when people purchase our products they agree to hold us HARMLESS for any lost, destroyed or stolen packages.  Nearly everyone expects us to eat the loss and send them another shipment at our cost. This is morally and ethically wrong.  No one will honor their commitment to be understanding that the *********** is not to be trusted.  However, in this case, we will once again RE-SEND her missing order at our cost. It is not this woman's fault...NOR IS IT OURS.  Lost and destroyed orders are an enormous problem, nationwide, and it is only getting worse.  We have never even raised the price of Oxy C in over 20 YEARS, trying extremely hard to hold the price line for our customers.  That is going to have to change now to try to begin to make a dent in losses like this case.  Many supplements commonly sold in the ********* internet world are veritable junk and often cost $70 a bottle for FAR fewer capsules.  People simply don't understand and don't care.  Thank you.

    On 8/10/2022 I mailed in an order for 4 bottles of Allicin C, I included check # **** (dated 8/10/2022) for $168.00. The check was cashed 8/17/2022 and of this date (2/5/2023) I have not received my order. I have sent (2) letters - one dated 10/22/1022 and the other 1/3/2023 asking to ship the product or provide a tracking number and have not received any response. All I am asking is that the order of 4 bottles of Allicin C be fulfilled.

    My check for $48 cleared my bank 12/22/22.I ordered 1 bottle of allicin c and paid the mailing charge.Three days ago I sent an email asking for a tracking number,since I still hadn't received my order.There had been no notification it had been shipped.But the check was cased.Last month.

    On 7-21-2022 I sent a check for $88.00 to New Earth Health, ***************************************, along with an order form, for 2 bottles of Allicin C (which included $8. S&H). On ** about September, ********************************************************************************************* refund. To date I have received nothing. Nor have I been contacted, though the order form includes my phone number and email address.

    On 8-15-22 I mailed an order for 8 bottles of Oxy-C @ a cost of $280 + $16.00 postage for a total of $296.00. Check # **** was enclosed in the amount of $296.00. The check cleared my account on 9-02-22, however as of today 10-27-22 my shipment of Oxy-C has not been received. I have been unable to contact New Earth Health. I attempted to contact the company by email on 9-30-22 via address found on the web page ********************** email was not returned and I did not receive a reply. Research indicates this company does not have a published telephone number where I can contact them directly.I mailed a registered letter on 10-11-22 tracking #********************. Letter was delivered to Agent for final delivery in ************************** on 10-17-22 @ ll:41 am. The letter has not been picked up by the addressee. I have been a long time customer and do not understand why my check would be cashed and the product not sent. If the product is not available I should have been notified and my check returned.I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Thank you
