Cancellations: If an order is cancelledafter it has been shipped or it is refused upon delivery, the customer will beliable for the following charges: cost of processing the order,shipping charges, and the cost of transporting theproduct(s) back to the distribution center. A mandatory 20% restockingfee will be charged for all cancelled or refused orders that havealready shipped. This policy applies to all orders including orders thatqualify for free shipping.
Damage Claims: The customer should inspect all shipments upon receipt and note on the Bill of Ladingany damages to the product, carton damage, etc. and make any damageclaims to PremiumAdjustableBeds.com for any UPS, FedEx and truck shipments.
Returns: With theexception of the mattress air chambers, the following items arenon-refundable: replacement components for the original air chambers,mattress top covers, mattress foundations, adjustable bed bases, linens,accessories, mattress toppers, mattress pads, and pillows. If a customer receives the item, and has not opened the packageand wishes to return it, the customer will be responsible for the shipping chargesback to the manufacturer, and a restocking fee. A refund check will beissued to the customer upon confirmation from the manufacturerof arrival and condition of the item. A refundcheck will be made out to the customer minus the processing charges and therestocking fee.
Exchanges: If a customer wishes to exchange an unopened product for another product, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges and the restocking fee to the manufacturer and will be responsible for any increase in price. If the exchanged item is of a lesser price, a refund check may be issued if possible (minus the restocking fee).
